Mitigating Anxiety with Physical Activity

Anxiety could be a tough feeling for many of us to manage, but with the help of Physical Activity, it could be improved upon.

- Studies have suggested that higher self-reported levels of Physical Activity were "associated with decreased incident anxiety" in comparison to lower levels of Physical Activity (Schuch et al, 2019).
- As a whole, it was also suggested that higher levels of self-reported Physical Activity are also associated with a lower chance of developing anxiety disorders in the future (Schuch et al, 2019).
